Partial Transport
Partial transport is a transport method carried out by sharing the load of a transport vehicle with different loads belonging to more than one sender or consignee. It is also known as partial load transport.
Partial transport is a preferred method in cases where the cargo transport vehicle does not fully utilise its capacity. There may be space left in a vehicle or the amount of cargo to be transported may not exceed the capacity of the vehicle. In this case, the transport vehicle is used on a shared basis and the cargoes are transported together between different senders or consignees.
